Drowning in a sea of your kid’s toys? Here are cheap hacks for #organizing toys!
We only have one child, Joshua. It is so easy and excusable to spoil him with everything a child could ever want. Hubby is guilty of giving him toys as surprise gift when he comes home from work. Not counting the fact that each weekend almost always ends up on a trip to a toy store where Joshua ends up with a prized new item. Before you “tsk tsk” and give all sorts of judgement, he does play with them and appreciates them all. But finding a way to organizing toys was a problem.
Being an interior designer, I found ways of storing Joshua’s toys yet still accessible to him. I used a shoe shelf to hold colorful plastic bins to hold his toys. He enjoys choosing his toys for the day and being able to grab hold of them easily was a big plus. I thought I was clever and resourceful but when I found this article below, I was blown away by the many other creative ways of organizing toys.
